Foods you should eat:
- Seasonal fruits and vegetables as a base food and the basis on which should be dosed other foods (including vitamin D present in food), grown in a natural way as determined by Mother Nature- All fish or oily fish such as salmon, cod, sardines and tuna
- Meat and meat products
- Cheese and domestic milk
- Eggs
- Butter
- Fungi
- Fortified cereals
- Nuts
- Chard
- Zucchini
- Cabbage
Foods that should be avoided or used in small quantities:
- Chocolate and sugars (sugar should be consumed through fruits)- Potato chips and other fried and salted snacks
- Unhealthy fat
- Vegetable oils
- Foods with a high proportion of carbohydrates
- Gluten cereals and their flour
