Food is a very important part of life and largely determines our health. For example, it is very interesting how nature determines the way in which plants, animals and people feed. One of the needs of every person on Earth. It is a process in which a man brings food into the body and then the food in the digestive tract is processed into energy.
The most important thing is daily to ingest a sufficient amount of nutrients so that the body is maintained in a healthy condition. In fact, meals should be varied and should contain proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals and fats. Traditional food dictates three meals a day, which are breakfast, lunch and dinner. For example, breakfast is an important meal of the day. Lunch usually consists of a set of meals and it’s an appetizer, a main course accompanied by salad and dessert. For dinner is recommended a lighter meal.
